Help Rebuild Hope for Priscilla’s Preparatory and Our Community.
Hurricane Melissa, a powerful Category 5 storm, has devastated the western region of Jamaica — and with it, our beloved Priscilla’s Preparatory School. The school, which had just completed a long-awaited extension to welcome more students, now lies completely flattened.
Countless families from our community — including many of our students — have lost their homes and everything they owned. Children who once spent their days learning, laughing, and playing with friends now stand in long relief lines with their parents, uncertain about the future. The trauma of this disaster is deeply affecting their young hearts and minds.
For years, Priscilla’s Preparatory was more than just a school — it was the heart of the community, a safe place where learning, joy, and togetherness flourished. Now, in the midst of chaos, we are determined to rebuild that beacon of hope.
Your donation will help us:
Provide food and essential relief for displaced students and families.
Create a safe gathering space for children to reconnect with their teachers and friends, reminding them they are not alone.
Begin the reconstruction of the school, restoring stability and a sense of normalcy to our entire community.
We cannot do this alone. Every contribution — no matter how small — brings us closer to reopening our doors and restoring hope for our children.
Please stand with us. Help us rebuild Priscilla’s Preparatory School and renew the spirit of a community determined to rise again.
